Customer Experience Specialist - Emergency Response

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to support our emergency response team in delivering high standards of patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  3. Welcoming clients and their pets, providing a positive first impression

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Background in reception or high-volume call centers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills and data entry abilities
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and invoicing software
  • Flexibility to work during peak seasons and varied shifts (day, afternoon, overnight)
  • Strong communication skills with empathy and understanding
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and multitask effectively
