We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to support our emergency response team in delivering high standards of patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and compassion
- Liaising with veterinarians to ensure seamless communication
- Welcoming clients and their pets, providing a positive first impression
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Invoicing and processing payments in a timely manner
- Entering data accurately and completing document requests
- Responding to email inquiries promptly
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Background in reception or high-volume call centers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent computer skills and data entry abilities
- Experience with appointment scheduling and invoicing software
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons and varied shifts (day, afternoon, overnight)
- Strong communication skills with empathy and understanding
- Ability to handle difficult situations and multitask effectively
