About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Drakes Supermarkets. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and driving business growth through innovative store services and product offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop targeted solutions to meet their requirements.
