The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Delivery, Business Analysis and Testing to join our Technology team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the delivery, testing, and business analysis capability.

You will work closely with our Director, Investment Delivery and Platforms to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in modern DevOps practices, including cloud automation, containerization, continuous integration, and continuous deployment, will be essential in driving our technology agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in technology delivery, business analysis, and testing. You will have a proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives and driving business growth through the effective use of technology.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise in modern DevOps practices, including cloud automation, containerization, continuous integration, and continuous deployment, will be essential in driving our technology agenda forward.

Qualifications

  • Qualified technology professional with demonstrable experience in technology delivery, business analysis, and testing
  • Certified Business Analyst (e.g. CBAP)
  • Certified in Agile practices
  • Certificate in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification)
  • Certified in CFA Foundations highly desirable
