Job Title: Claims Attorney

Claims Attorneys are the backbone of our organisation.

We are seeking a seasoned and diligent Claims Attorney to join our team in Reservoir office.

  • Meeting with clients, taking instructions, and managing client expectations
  • Reviewing and analysing records, identifying areas for improvement
  • Drafting written communications to clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Briefing medical experts and allied health professionals to support informed decision-making
  • Drafting court documents, representing clients in procedural hearings, and liaising with barristers

Key qualifications include 2+ years post-admission experience (PAE), preferably working within personal injuries environments with expertise in Work Cover/Work Injury matters. A strong knowledge of relevant procedural rules in Victoria is essential.
