Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

This role supports the Head of VM in developing and executing monthly guidelines to bring the brand's vision to life in-store. The specialist designs all creative elements for windows, in-store activations and key retail moments, including props, installations and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist the VM Head/Manager in developing, writing, and administering monthly visual merchandising guidelines.">
  • Leverage the VM strategy and marketing brief to design creative elements, including props, installations, and fixtures for key retail moments.">
  • Design all creative for windows and in-store activations.">
  • Define technical specifications (materials, dimensions, colours) for all props and fixtures.">
  • Create detailed guidebooks for store teams to implement new collections, campaigns, and refreshes.">
  • Collaborate across the group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring the House of Brands strategy to life.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.">
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative role within a retail environment.">
  • Proven experience designing and executing in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations.">
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic, and target customer.">
  • Ability to define technical specifications and communicate them effectively to vendors and contractors.">
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.">
