Key Responsibilities

  • Allocating daily activities across the team.
  • Assisting with stock receipt, storage, staging, and loading.
  • Ensuring Pan Loading compliance with COR requirements.
  • Managing rest breaks and durations.
  • Conducting pre-start checks on MHE equipment.
  • Identifying discrepancies in paperwork and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance.
  • Reporting non-conformances to management.
  • Demonstrating safe work practices and maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven focus on safety and compliance.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Team Leader position in perishable goods warehousing or refrigerated transport.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing and transport processes, preferably in perishable goods storage and refrigerated transport.
  • Worksafe high-risk forklift license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in cold room environments.
