Job Title: Senior Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in testing large volumes of investment market data. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in extract, transform, and load (ETL) testing, SQL, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of risk-based testing techniques and defect management workflows.

This role requires the ability to perform comprehensive testing on large datasets from investment markets to ensure accuracy and integrity. The candidate will be responsible for conducting ETL testing to validate data pipelines and transformations, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Developers to meet tight delivery timelines, applying risk-based testing strategies to prioritize test coverage, and managing and tracking defects using established workflows and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test large datasets from investment markets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct ETL testing to validate data pipelines and transformations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Apply risk-based testing strategies to prioritize test coverage.
  • Manage and track defects using established workflows and tools.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience testing large volumes of investment market data.
  • Strong proficiency in ETL testing, SQL, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with risk-based testing techniques and defect management workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services or investment data environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
