Lead Store Operations

Inspire your team to achieve great things and lead by example, with a focus on the full operation of stores in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for store growth and performance improvement.
  • Recruit and train Store Managers and Team Members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Conduct thorough induction training for new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Deliver coaching and mentoring programs to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Hold regular team meetings and communicate effectively to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Ensure performance discussions are conducted in a fair and constructive manner.
  • Manage wage budgets and track current performance through in-store reporting platforms.
  • Conduct quarterly store stocktakes and maintain Visual Merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to engage teams of all ages.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Multi-site retail management experience is essential.
  • A high degree of written and verbal literacy, as well as competent computer skills.
