Senior Application Development Manager

This role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring seamless integration with related applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers to drive application development forward.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using latest technologies to enhance application performance.
  • Participate in agile rituals to ensure updates are shared, blockers removed, and upcoming work is planned.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, implementation, and architecture.
  • Expertise in NetCracker version 22 or higher.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and experience resolving critical incidents.
  • Familiarity with TMF standards – eTOM, TAM, SID.
  • Ability to drive participation and contribute to end-to-end solutions including impact assessment on CRM, product model, order management, and more.
  • Liaise with internal and external solution groups to achieve project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal support. They should also have experience working in Agile environments and be familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services.
