As a key hospitality professional, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests in our hotel bar.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, and a warm welcoming energy.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks to high standards, highlighting promotions to guests, working closely with restaurant colleagues to offer seamless food service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, hold a current RSA certification, and possess impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene.

Additionally, they will have a passion for food and beverage, drive to create a memorable dining experience, physical fitness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
