Takeda, a patient-focused company, is seeking an experienced Business Insights Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.



About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in insights, analytics, marketing, and forecasting. You should have a strong background in leading high-performing teams and building team capabilities. Your expertise in structured problem-solving, storytelling, change leadership, and project management will be invaluable in this role.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop our experienced team of Business Insight Managers to enable their continued career growth.
  • Evolve our Customer Facing Excellence strategy, processes, and governance.
  • Partner closely with our Data, Digital & Technology team to implement effective omnichannel and digital customer-facing strategies and measurements.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies, actionable insights, KPI creation, and measurements.
  • Lead various team and enterprise cross-functional projects.
