Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology, with a focus on rehabilitation and return-to-work. You will have excellent clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective recovery plans for individuals with injuries or illnesses.

As a Rehabilitation and Return-to-Work Consultant, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care and successful return-to-work outcomes. You will also be responsible for conducting evaluations, such as functional capacity evaluations, workplace assessments, and ergonomic assessments, to provide comprehensive assistance to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary package, including $75,000 - $110,000 + Super, annual reviews, and achievable bonuses. You will also have access to a tailored induction program, a supportive team, and opportunities for career progression.
