Programs Manager Position - Lead and Inspire Teams of Educators
This is an autonomous full-time position that offers a great opportunity for experienced educators or managers to carve out a career in business. As a Programs Manager, you will lead and inspire your own cluster of teams, working closely with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
The role involves overseeing all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams. You will conduct educator appraisals, build and maintain excellent relationships, and prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.
You will be responsible for monthly reporting and providing professional training opportunities to ensure the success of your team. A supportive environment and business tools, including a laptop, iPad, smartphone, and travel allowance, are provided to help you achieve your goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Past people management experience in childcare or education is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is favourable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A current VIC Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- A current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided).
- A completed Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent.
- Autonomous full-time position.
