This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead construction projects with a reputable organization based in QLD. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of client programs, collaborating closely with Supervisors and Project Managers, and maintaining open lines of communication with clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, preferably with a trade qualification. Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines. A high level of integrity, self-motivation, and reliability are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of client programs, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Report to management and clients on program status, including budgetary updates, expenditure tracking, and project timelines.
  • Review and verify documentation prior to submission to clients, guaranteeing that proposed scopes of work align with client briefs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams, keeping them informed of project developments and progress.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in construction, ideally with a trade background.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including supervisors, foremen, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with industry standards, which includes a base salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
