Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth and profitability of our intelligent building management integration platform. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute product strategies, drive innovation and product development, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through effective product management by developing and executing overall strategy for our integration platform, encompassing both existing and new offerings.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive product development by conducting voice of the customer/field research, market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments.
  • Define and prioritize product investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability.
  • Manage product deployment and pricing strategy, oversee the entire lifecycle of the platform releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on product strategy, performance, and market dynamics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, offering management, or related roles, with significant experience developing large, complex solutions and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the building management system market and ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth through effective product management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong VOC, OVOC, and customer co-creation experience and skills.
