Job Overview

Boral is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Haulage Operator to join our team at the Deer Park Quarry in Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a Truck and Dog vehicle safely and efficiently, delivering quarry materials to customer sites throughout Melbourne.
  • Loading and unloading materials, adhering to axle weights tolerances and using the smart track system to capture data.
  • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle, reporting any maintenance requirements as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with axle weight tolerances, ensuring safe transportation practices.
  • Complete basic documentation associated with material collection and delivery, accurately recording vital information.
  • Communicate effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer experiences and project requirements.
Requirements
  • Holding a valid HC licence and proven experience driving heavy combination trucks.
  • OHS induction for the construction industry (White Card) and demonstrated knowledge of relevant transport laws and regulations.
