Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bunbury, WA. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality NDIS assessments and intervention services to adults with neuro-disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide NDIS assessments and intervention services, including speech, language, dysphagia, AAC, aphasia, and voice.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in a person-centred approach.
- Educate and train customers and families, both individually and in groups.
- Refer to other health team members or agencies as needed.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain statistics and effectively document assessments and progress reports.
- Manage organisational tasks, such as car and room bookings.
- Communicate with the team and handle a busy caseload.
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia).
- 2+ years of experience working with an adult-based caseload.
- Experience in neuro-disabilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
