Cluster Manager

Cue & Veronika Maine is a leading Australian retailer committed to sustainability and excellence. We're seeking a skilled Cluster Manager to lead and manage multiple stores in Bondi, driving success and excellence across our locations.

• Meet daily and hourly targets in line with company standards.
• Analyze weekly sales budgets and implement actions to achieve parity and previous year's results.
• Conduct monthly management meetings to review store performance and key imperatives.
• Identify overstocks and slow-moving lines to optimize gross profit.
• Investigate local promotional opportunities to boost sales.
• Maintain and improve staff performance and morale.
• Review individual performance and implement remedial actions as needed.
• Perform performance reviews of Store Managers.
• Investigate reasons for turnover and implement remedial actions.
• Refer dismissal decisions to the Area/State Manager and People & Culture Department.
• Appoint team members in conjunction with Store Managers.
• Review induction plans for new team members.
• Discuss advertising for external applicants with the People & Culture Department.
• Hold regular team training sessions.
• Develop succession plans for Store and Assistant management positions.
• Provide development opportunities for high potentials.

• 1-2 years of experience as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager in a retail environment.
• Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets.
• Strong brand ambassador skills with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
