The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional People & Performance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Stratco and delivering high-value, consistent, and reliable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams across QLD and the broader national group to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Conduct recruitment at all levels, ensuring a consistent and effective process across all business divisions.
  • Work closely with the QLD leadership team to increase engagement and drive positive outcomes for our employees.
  • Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
  • Support a range of HR-related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion, and providing HR support at all levels.
About You
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant HR qualifications are essential.
  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner capacity supporting a large organisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience supporting performance management processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
