About the Role

As a FSP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes creating and maintaining Trial Master Files (TMFs), coordinating study deliverables, and ensuring quality and completeness of TMFs.

This role involves working closely with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. You will also be responsible for developing contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to meet financial performance goals.

In addition to project management, you will also represent the company to clients, ensuring effective communication of statuses and delivery of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Trial Master Files (TMFs) and review them for quality and completeness
  • Coordinate study deliverables across internal departments and vendors
  • Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to meet financial performance goals
  • Represent the company to clients and ensure effective communication of statuses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
