Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team in Southbank.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing insurance claims, providing superior customer service and liaising with various stakeholders.
The Role
You will be part of a small team assisting in the processing of claims, offering excellent customer service and communicating with policy holders, agents and mechanics.
This role involves manual claim processing, customer contact and administrative duties. The standard working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Raising and processing of claims
- Answering inbound and outbound enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Processing of transfers
- Dispute processing and handling
- Records maintenance

About You
We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of vehicle technicalities. You should have a background in salary packaging or novated leasing, be proficient in administrative tasks, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent computer literacy and software adaptability skills.
