At Healius, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist - Blood Collection to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to take their career to the next level. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist - Blood Collection, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, coordinating specimen samples, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples with care and attention
  • Maintain accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and sometimes independently in a solo clinic

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including corporate health insurance discounts and an Employee Assistance Program.
