Job Opportunity for Field Service Fitter

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Service Fitter. This role involves troubleshooting and fault finding, completing grease, fire suppression and fuel system installations, performing break-down and shut-down repairs, and providing exceptional service to customers.

  • Troubleshooting and fault finding will be an essential part of this role, as you will be required to identify and resolve issues with hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and fire suppression systems.
  • Completing grease, fire suppression and fuel system installations will also be a key responsibility, as you will be required to install and commission these systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Performing break-down and shut-down repairs will require you to have excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments.
  • Providing exceptional service to customers will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Mechanical Trade Certificate or similar industry experience.
  • Experience working in hydraulics would be highly beneficial, but training can be provided.
  • Diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to identify and resolve complex issues with hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and fire suppression systems.
  • White card or willing to obtain one.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
