Our In-Home Support Workers play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support, including domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. They also assist with personal care, medication management, and other tasks as needed.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

  • Current Police Screening Certificate.

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

  • Current Queensland driver's licence.

  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
