Job Overview

We are the premier retailer of on-trend clothing, shoes and accessories from a curated selection of global street, fashion and sports culture brands. Our mission is to empower individuals to be fashion leaders by providing an aspirational brand assortment that inspires individual style.

This role plays a key part in delivering memorable customer experiences. Key responsibilities will include assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers, as well as sharing product knowledge with customers and escalating any customer complaints to management.

Working under the guidance and support of a Store Manager, alongside a team, you will strive to achieve business targets and KPIs. To succeed in this position, you must thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences, be an energetic and driven individual who strives for excellence, and take ownership of your results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with queries, process sales, returns and gift vouchers
  • Share product knowledge with customers and escalate any customer complaints to management
