Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy to drive business growth. This role requires a leader who can oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, and support across all locations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing IT projects that drive automation, efficiency, and digital innovation
  • Overseeing infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems to meet business needs
  • Managing IT budgets, assets, licensing, and vendor relationships to optimize performance and cost
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Supporting staff with IT guidance, training, and the rollout of new tools and technologies
  • Partnering with leaders to align IT with operational goals, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
  • Strong technical background in systems, networking, cloud platforms, and security
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365, CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first approach
