About the Role

This role involves providing high-level security and safety services to various healthcare facilities.

  • Conduct regular patrols to prevent potential security threats.
  • Perform thorough screenings of individuals and their belongings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to maintain a secure environment.
  • Monitor patients with mental health concerns and provide appropriate support.
  • Serve as the primary responder to incidents and emergencies.
  • Apply control techniques when necessary, while prioritizing patient safety.
  • Acknowledge and report incidents according to company and healthcare policies.
  • Maintain physical fitness to effectively perform duties during long shifts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Secure patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate II in Security Operations or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum two years' experience in security or a related field, with proven skills in security operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
