Job Title: Sales and Fashion Consultant

This part-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to excel in sales and fashion, providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting productivity targets.

  1. Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, meeting store and individual sales targets, and staying informed about the latest products to enhance the customer experience.
  2. You will be expected to maintain visual merchandising standards, contribute to efficient store operations, and effectively manage stock and implement loss prevention measures.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is essential, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
  • A love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry is required, as well as impeccable personal presentation and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.
  • You must thrive on teamwork and collaboration, be goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and expectations is also crucial.
