Local Delivery Representative

Ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial to our business success.
We operate over 800 supermarkets across Australia, and it's the connection of our team members in many different roles that makes this possible.
The role comes with fast-paced and exciting challenges. As a Customer Service Agent, you will safely navigate your local neighborhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night.
You will be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
About You:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Hold an Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and maintain a safe driving record (you will need to consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check)
- Demonstrate confidence in safely driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
- Be physically active - as well as driving, you will be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there may be stairs)
- Be available to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (generally shifts run from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm
