About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the store senior leadership team, you will provide support and guidance to the team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with inducting and training new team members
  • Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements
  • Coordinate stock and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
