Site Operations Manager

  • Run day-to-day site operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, materials, and scheduling, maintaining open communication channels and effective collaboration.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all phases, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Keep accurate records and liaise closely with project stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
Your Role Requirements
  • Prior industrial or tilt-up construction site management experience, demonstrating expertise in operational planning and execution.
  • Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Confident leadership style, prioritizing WHS and delivery while promoting a positive work culture.
  • Australian working rights and local Perth project experience, ensuring adaptability and regional knowledge.
