The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining our key quality accreditation, ensuring the integrity and ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3584.3 and AS/NZS 3800.
- Create and update quality policies and procedures to support safe and compliant operations.
- Build strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
- Review and interpret legislative and company requirements to maintain compliance.
- Monitor the Quality Management System, address non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement.
You are a qualified mechanical tradesperson with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well under pressure and managing multiple priorities. You have experience with Root Cause Analysis and hold an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Additionally, you must be confident in your ability to deliver reliable results and have a strong work ethic.
