Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and strategies.
  • Observe and assess children's learning and development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card (QLD).
