Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our Retirement Living portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing efforts, enhancing our digital presence and improving customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a proven track record in a Marketing Manager role within the healthcare, senior living, real estate, or related industries. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through day-to-day tasks as well as change, are essential. You should also have demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement.
