Project Manager Job Opportunity

The role of Project Manager is a key position within our business, overseeing project leadership throughout the entire project life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects including scheduling, budget, quality, EHS, reporting, risk management, and communication.\
  • Support proposal preparation with Service Managers and HyService Sales Manager.\
  • Manage project team members, site resources, contractors, and suppliers.\
  • Oversee SAP transactions and maintain good relations with customers and internal teams.\
  • Lead project execution, develop contingency plans, and create value-adding change orders.\
  • Make decisions under pressure to resolve customer issues and ensure project success.\
  • Support regional Service Managers and Business Development activities.\
  • Identify and onboard workshops, service providers, and suppliers.\
  • Build customer relationships and support local procedures, processes, and system development.\
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, Controlling, Sales, Commercial, and Field Service teams, as well as external customers, suppliers, partners, and consultants.\
  • Ensure project profitability and contractual compliance.\
  • Facilitate decision-making, interpret contract documents, manage customer relations, and ensure project profitability and contractual compliance.\
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.\
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.\
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and project team members.\
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the organization through innovative solutions and strategic thinking.\
