About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Bunnings. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move products throughout the store, ensuring efficient stock management and a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • A current valid forklift license is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
  • A willingness to learn about products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Integrity, safety awareness, and a commitment to doing your best in all aspects of your work.
