Active Overnight Support Role
We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to support people with a disability in overnight settings. The role requires providing active support throughout the night, assisting with personal care and mobility needs, responding to incidents or medical concerns, conducting safety checks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a respectful environment for all.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our participants. You will be part of a team that empowers people with disabilities to participate in inclusive programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing active support to campers throughout the night
- Assisting with personal care and mobility needs as required
- Responding promptly to any overnight incidents or medical concerns
- Conducting regular safety and wellbeing checks
- Maintaining accurate overnight documentation and communication with day staff
- Ensuring a calm and respectful environment for all campers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for empathetic, reliable, and attentive individuals who can remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout overnight shifts. Experience in disability support, youth work, or a similar role is preferred.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
