We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Food Process Workers.

This is an operational role that requires the individual to operate processing equipment, completing start up, production, and shut down procedures on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include packing products, completing required documentation, cleaning and performing housekeeping tasks as per company requirements, and conducting quality checks in accordance with company standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following all safety, quality, and operational rules and regulations, working collaboratively as part of a team or independently as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a good work ethic, trustworthiness, reliability, and integrity, take pride in high-quality work, show attention to detail, possess good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience operating in food processing or pharmaceutical environments, good IT skills, and ability to learn basic SAP functions.
