Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a contractor or full-time employee.

As a rapidly growing company, we offer a fast-paced work environment that thrives on the energy of our young team. Our primary focus is on installing kitchens, preferably someone with on-site installation experience.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for installing kitchens but also for effectively communicating with customers. We value problem-solving skills and the ability to handle any issues that may arise during installations.

Additionally, we encourage teamwork and would want you to assist other installers and apprentices whenever needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate III in Joinery, Carpentry or Shopfitting
- Minimum 1 year's experience on site, ideally with IKEA or flat pack style joinery

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Work off and to plans
- Ability to problem solve and think on the spot
- Installing predominately kitchens
- Communicate with customers
- Work independently
- Prefer to have own tools
- Skills to work with and supervise apprentice
- Ability to work in a team environment with other trades
- Must have driver's license and White Card
- Eye for detail and care for job
