Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Welder/Boilermaker to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who values great team culture, consistent hours, and quality workmanship.

You'll be working with a reputable business known for its reliability and high standards across steel fabrication and manufacturing. With a long-standing team and low turnover, they've built a strong reputation through their craftsmanship and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out structural steel welding and fabrication
  • Interpreting technical drawings and welding to specification
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment
  • Collaborating with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines
Requirements
  • Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Welder
  • Strong MIG welding experience (structural steel preferred)
  • Driver's License
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
  • Sound understanding of workplace safety standards
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow production processes
Benefits
