Job Title: Serving Team Member
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join our serving team. As a key part of our front-of-house operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Able to maintain attention to detail and multitask in a busy environment
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point of sale systems
- Prior experience in the food industry is highly desirable
