As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common spaces, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors. This involves ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our partner hotels in Gold Coast City, AU. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values cleanliness and hospitality, has a keen eye for detail, and demonstrates professionalism in their presentation and communication. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. You will also monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common spaces, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry who possesses a passion for delivering excellent service. A minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.

You should have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective leadership and communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous. A police check and work rights within Australia are also required.
