Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our bakery in Yeronga, Australia. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working closely with the store owner to manage stock control and production expenses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake high-quality products
  • Present quality products to demanding clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
  • Work with the store owner to manage stock control and production expenses
  • Dough making / Oven work
  • Some staff supervision

Key Requirements:

  • Passion for baking
  • Certificate IV (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/flexible environment
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
