As a Senior Asset Management Expert at Arcadis, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the NSW civil asset management market.

Role Overview

Delivering world-class asset management services for clients owning major road, rail and maritime infrastructure assets is a critical aspect of this position. This includes tunnels, bridges, railways, and ports. Your primary responsibility will be to manage asset management projects to meet budget, program, and quality targets while exceeding client expectations.

A unique opportunity has arisen to leverage your skills and experience in asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets. You will be responsible for developing asset management options for clients, including whole-of-life cost and value analysis, and converting these options into detailed solutions and deliverables for consideration by our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. This includes the ability to lead, manage, and mentor diverse project teams. You will also need to possess excellent report writing skills, with experience in delivering asset management reports for major government and private infrastructure asset owners.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders. Your influence on the direction of asset management discussions will be crucial in driving business growth and success.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management with tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering (Civil/Structural) or material science discipline.
  • The ability to lead, manage, and mentor diverse project teams.
  • Experience working on asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets.
  • Excellent report writing skills with experience in delivering asset management reports for major government and private infrastructure asset owners.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders.
