Restaurant Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of our fast food outlet, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet performance goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and supervise staff training programs to ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and implement cost-effective stock management strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety according to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, and financial records accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a retail manager or team leader in a fast food or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards with proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
