Liability Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate to join our dynamic liability team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background or genuine interest in marine, aviation, transportation or property damage matters. You will be part of a collaborative team environment with a diverse range of clients including Australian, Lloyd's, London and overseas market (re)insurers, shipping and transport companies, major airlines and large corporates.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will have 2+ years' PQE in liability or general insurance litigation
- A strong litigation skills track record managing complex files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Providing expert advice on liability and general insurance litigation matters
- Conducting research and analysis to support legal arguments
- Preparing and presenting court documents and submissions
