Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Brickworks, Torrensville. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team driven to achieve sales targets and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary goal will be to create a customer-centric environment that drives sales growth and improves customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to set goals, develop strategies, and implement tactics to achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure and excellent problem-solving ability and relationship-building skills. Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable, but not essential as we provide excellent training.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments (desirable)
