Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to join our Real Estate Management Services team based in our Parramatta Office. The successful candidate will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of the clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure building compliance and drive initiatives on engineering standards across the business.
  • Develop and enhance the team's portfolio of services.
  • Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues.
  • Review the monthly operating expenditure against budget.
  • Work with Property Managers to produce monthly client reports as required.
  • Manage data within the facilities management software.
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
  • Ensure each asset remains compliant with the required standards.
  • Monthly reporting on the operation of each asset.

Requirements:

  • Facilities, Engineering or Building Management role, in a commercial environment.
  • Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems.
  • Strong understanding of building services and systems, with ability to communicate effectively and build positive and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
