Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to join our team in a Paralegal role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or build upon their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will handle and manage a diverse portfolio of files, working closely with lawyers to focus on compliance and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients on secured and unsecured recovery matters
  • Preparing legal documents and agreements
  • Drafting court documents and progressing matters through relevant courts
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to fulfill obligations
  • Managing file progress from start to finish

The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in asset recoveries and prior paralegal experience are desirable, however not essential.

This role requires handling a high volume of matters while maintaining up-to-date work. Prioritization and time-sensitive work management are essential skills.
