Job Opportunity:

Lead Tenant Team Leaders are sought after to oversee the operations of Lead Tenant services. This role involves leading, supervising and coordinating service provision for young people in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, assess, support and monitor Lead Tenants
  • Supervise and support Case Managers
  • Coordinate service delivery across regions and with other organisations
  • Engage in community development activities and contribute to service growth
  • Oversight property maintenance needs and contribute to safe working practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values
  • Awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in youth welfare practice
  • Skills in crisis intervention and behaviour management
